Find the strength. Don't succumb that easily. Know when to shut and shun it out of your system. Control it. Suppress. Don't crack under it. A thousand over mountains to climb. You will get by, one by one, stronger than before.
What does it take to notice someone in need of someone to lean on, to cry on? The teary eyes? The inverted smile? The change in behaviour? Or how well you know the person?
The duration doesn't matter. We don't need to know the person long enough to actually hear the sound of a breaking heart behind those smiles.
