A night by the beach
My nose bled yet again. It has been reoccurring ever since the knock I received. Somehow, it no longer hurt like before thankfully. Well, the past few days haven't been rather productive till last night. We eventually managed to conjure a barbeque feast at the comfort of East Coast Park with our make-shift or disposable pit after training. Can't to think of it, I actually endured without any food throughout the whole day till the bbq
despite the fact that I was famished. Well the day started off with us ending training and me and isk cabbing to tampines to retrieve the tents. Initially we intended of sleeping over at Khai's house but we ended up sleeping in the chilly night by the serene beach. Well, maybe the chills applies to me and Dilip. Shall elaborate later on. We met at khai's house before respectively parted to our "task". Mine was to look for a suitable place to pitch and bbq along with Ryson, Bijaay and Iskandar while the rest had to collect the food. Everything fell into place. We swam, burried Shuvod, built our minature version of sand expressway and yeah bbq. The food was nicee. Of course, who bbq-ed it? Ahhas. Nah, we wrapped up the bbq at around 8plus. Some left and some slept over. The experience was hilariously funny. All eight of us were trying to cramp into one tent during this story-telling session and Shuvod was cracking all those inside jokes and ghost-story session. The night shower. Wow, laughed my ass off. Apparently we were in a dilema of either to bowl or night cycling to Changi. Obviously, I opted and rather bowling considering what I have underwent during the night cycling before. Ironically, we ended up chatting at Macs, watching some clips on the computer. The night was relatively cold. Time flew and we slept at around 2am in the tents.
However, I wasn't really able to grab some shut-eye. Deep within me, I knew something was amiss. The stiffness, the atmosphere, whatever was bothering me eventually led me to take a stroll along the beach in solitude. There I was reflective. The breeze was somehow soothing as it gently slapped my face relentlessly when I indulged myself in my thoughts. People say, you say, my thoughts. The uniquely cold sand just sank beneath my weight each time my foot took a step. It was 3am and everyone was fast asleep. I casted my gaze elsewhere, towards the sea. I was sitted under the tree on the bench. The cresent moon seemed to illuminate with silvery stars embellishing the vast night sky. Much to my surprise, Dilip was still awake and suggested him of sleeping at the bench as it was exposed to the ambience of nature. Well, fortunately not the supernatural. We ended up sleeping there, out in the open. I was trying to recompose my thoughts. I thought and scrutinized your words long and hard. Was I the one who interfered into your life? Maybe you ought to be better off without my presence. I have perplexed your way of thinking. Maybe. maybe. I should..
Giving in may not be a mutual alternative. However, I'm willing to sacrifice just for the untroubled smile to spread wide across that cute face.
Hey, I will let the pictures do their tales.
