WOKe up wif a pain in the back

at first it was unbearable but it goes away as soon as crash bac on my bed.......
havin dificulties in standin up//.......wow i guess tat the impact on my back yesterdae was ahard one......

manage to stand up after a few tries....
well the pain is still there till now n im just bearin wif it........
hope tmr it will be gone n so will be my worries....
